Green Salad

This green salad can be eaten as a dinner or a side dish. My family often loves it when I prepare it for them.

Preparation For Salad:

15 minutes for preparation
Cooking Time: fifteen minutes
In all, thirty minutes
8 servings

Ingredients

½ cup finely chopped onion

½ cup finely sliced bell peppers, green

Two packages (10 ounces) of assorted salad greens

deli flesh from four thinly sliced chickens, chopped

one chopped tomato

One-half teaspoon of onion powder

three pinches of garlic powder

To taste, add two pinches of salt and ground black pepper.

Three teaspoons of salad dressing with balsamic vinaigrette

Guidelines To Make Salad:

Step 1:

Assemble the components.

Step2:

Put the onion and bell pepper in a bowl that is safe to use in the microwave, and cook for one to two minutes on high, or until tender. Put aside to cool.

Step3:

In a large salad bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, deli meat, salad greens, and tomato. Add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder; combine.

Step 4:

Add salad dressing, mix to combine, and serve.
